Cancellation Policy
It is the responsibility of the subscriber to understand the terms of his/her subscription and to manage it accordingly. If a subscriber wishes to discontinue membership, that subscriber must cancel the subscription in his/her PayPal account. To do this you must login to PayPal on their website, and find the subscription under your account activity. There will be a link there to cancel. Please understand that emailing Trader-shop.in with a cancellation request may not result in the cancellation of your subscription. The subscriber agrees to not hold Trader-shop.in responsible for the cancellation of his/her membership if such a request is made by email or any other form of communication. Trader-shop.in reserves the right to manually cancel any members subscription if at its sole discretion, Trader-shop.infinds that the member has violated any of the terms of use.
Refund Policy
While I'm 100% confident you'll be happy with the quality of our items, because it's offered as a digital item and that parts can be immediately copied, stored and then returned; and because the custom indicators are functional for up to 90 days even if a refund is issued, I can not offer full cash back refunds. If after purchasing you feel that this product has been misrepresented, I may, if notified within 24 hours of purchase, issue a refund. However that refund is subject to a fee of up to 50% of the purchase price due to the aforementioned reasons.
I will certainly replace any copy of the compressed file that is not received after purchase due to circumstances beyond the purchaser's control like misdirected emails or problems retrieving the file from the download page. I will also replace any individual items (like bonus e-books) that may have been inadvertently left out of the compressed file.
